Subject: Can you close my account. Please.
Hey folks, my account should have closed the other day but since my wife started a new account about a month ago, I was going to get a free month once she successfully paid for her first month.
Well... needless to say, fed up with blizz's lack of customer service skills, I quit. I cancelled my account. My wife's account is gone as well, so I won't be getting a free month.
So... can you just cancel my account already? The pending free month won't meet the reqs for getting a free month and I just want my account closed. What does it take to have this done?

Although I understand that your desire is not for a refund, but rather to have your account irretrievably closed, there are no circumstances under which that may be done so long as there is still pre-paid (or free) time allotted to it. I do apologise, however, for any distress this may have caused you, and wish you the best in your adventures in- or out-of-game. :)
