First off, I'd like to thank blizzard for restoring one of my characters. Although my professions are still messed up, I can live with getting it back to the way it was. I appreciate the effort.
Second, there were two characters total that needed restoration, both of which are on different servers. The other one apparently is yet to be restored. I was curious if restoration on that character (Arwenys of Mug'thol) is still in progress or if Blizzard was only aware of just that one that did get restored (Teniela of Skullcrusher).
Thanks for any update and thank you again for allowing me to get back to raiding. =)

Just to follow up on this with you, Teniela - the information that you provided in this thread was passed along to one of our Character Specialists, and the Specialist ran an investigation on your character Arwenys. The results of the investigation were sent in an e-mail to the address on file for your account, and we hope that you will be quite pleased. I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to your thread - thank you for your patience! :)
