For clarification, Blackstorm, are you looking at the "Character Move" button on the Account Management page, or the "Paid Character Transfer" button? The former will be greyed out, as no free realm transfers are currently available; you should be able to use the latter just fine, though. Let us know what develops, if you would be so kind. :)
