They are not working blizzard. My password on my main account that I used had been changed since early this morning and I've tried to recover it using the web site and it says im entering in teh wrong information when it is the correct information. Thought to myself its not me, then tried for this account, and it didn't even work for this account either.
Please help me out....i need my password reset and i dont know why it was changed in the first place i didnt recieve any email and since i cant recover it i cant play my horde warrior ; ;
today has sucked and websites that dont workt the way there ment to makes it suck more...
gg blizz help me :(

I'm sorry to say that Tandaa is correct, Paperweight; I've just tested both pages as well, and they're functioning correctly. At this point, your best course of action is to get in touch either with Billing via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday, or with Account Administration via e-mail (wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com); those departments should be able to provide further assistance in this matter.
