Subject: Lost Items
A few days ago I returned after being away from World of Warcraft for approximately 5 weeks. I had a real life emergency and couldnt return. In my mail there was some items that were of great sentimental and physical value to me. All of which were deleted. Would it be possible for you guys to recover some if not all of the items deleted?

Thanks.

I am truly sorry to say, Tarm, that if returned mail is not retrieved within 30 days and expires, it disappears completely and is irretrievable; as such, we are unable to offer any reimbursement (or other form of recompense) under such circumstances as yours. Please accept my most sincere apologies, however, for any losses you may have incurred. :/

Q u o t e:
I'm sorry but the items were of very, very high value to me and I wont let the idea die untill I'm sure that theres no possible retrival of them.

Unfortunately, we have no possibility of retrieving expired pieces of mail for players, Tarm, under any circumstances. I do apologize for being unable to provide additional assistance for this matter.
