	When you transfer a character, is your card billed at the time of the transfer, or on your next monthly billing?

	Hi Bernadette, When you finalize the last step of your Paid Character Transfer you will be billed at that point. This occurs when you character is set up on the destination realm/account and is ready to be played. Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
