Subject: Procs? How do they work?
Can anyone explain how the Procs work?

Enchant procs along with Trinket and weapon procs.

Are they set percents or are they over time? Does a quick weapon make a trinket or enchant proc more? So many questions?

   Hi Shanra,

Items with procs are using time-based procs. Their proc frequencies are entered as the number of desired procs per minute, and their actual per-swing proc chances are calculated from that using the weapon's speed. Trinkets however can be different. Often a trinket will specify a set "rate" to proc based on the number of casts or swings.

Q u o t e:
Thank you,
One more thing? What about Enchants? Are enchant procs based on a time? or Do they have a set % proc?

Weapon enchant procs are also based on having a fixed frequency per minute.
