But I noticed when I had Ressurection sickness it said "Decreases all attributes by 75% all damage caused by 75% and all resistances by 75%" But when I opened my character portrait screen, I had the normal amount of resistances. Is this intended, or have you just not seen it?

I believe Moltar is correct in saying that this is likely a display issue, Heartcrush; in my testing, my resistances were all reduced appropriately by Resurrection Sickness. One thing to note is that the debuff seems only to affect innate ("white") resistances, rather than additional ("green") ones granted by armour and enchantments, but that should have no bearing here. It's possible that some conflict between your standard interface and a third-party addon you have installed is causing the discrepancy you've noticed; as such, I'd recommend trying the following steps (as taken from our Common Game Master Solutions sticky) at your earliest convenience to restore your interface to its default settings:
Q u o t e: 1) Log out of World of Warcraft to your desktop, thereby exiting the game completely.
2) Navigate to the World of Warcraft folder, which is often found in the Program Files directory (the default path is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft).
3) Either rename (or delete) the WTF, WDB, and Interface folders. (Note: If you do not wish to permanently lose any third-party addons you may have accrued, or macros you've written for your characters, you would be well-advised to merely rename the folders, rather than delete them entirely.)
4) Log back into the game by double-clicking WoW.exe, ensuring that you do not reinstall any addons before doing so.
Let us know what effect, if any, that has on the issue you appear to be experiencing; there may be other avenues to pursue, but that's a good place to start. :)
Look at my works, ye mighty, and despair...

Q u o t e: Did all of the above, still showing 25 fire resistance from my normal gear, the only things giving me + fire resistance are my.. Gauntlets of Might, Belt of Might, and Flamewaker Legplates.
Yes, this is what I meant when I said that the debuff only seems to affect one's "white" resistances -- those not granted by items (which appear as green on your Character Window). It looks as though the +25 Fire Resistance you get from those three items shall persist through the effects of Resurrection Sickness. As for whether that is intended functionality, I'm honestly not certain; I will, however, be passing the information along to the proper authorities to look into the matter further. Thanks for the report, Heartcrush. :)
That's why they call me Mr. Fahrenheit...
