Ok so my friend is a level 33 Gnome rogue on the Gilneas server (name's Denny). This is the problem he had and I'm writing this here because it's very strange and I've never heard of it before.
Ok so he's level 33 and he was grinding and doing quests to get to 34. He got to 34, turned in his quests and logged off.
The next day he gets online and he finds out - whoops! He's still 33! The weird part about this is that the quests he turned in are gone but it's like he returned back to the way he was the day before when he first logged on.
Now if this was an isolated incident I might shrug it off. But here's what happened next - he grinds again (this time just killing and no questing) and he gets to 34 again. Logs off and...
yep, next day again back to 33! What's going on here? He submitted a GM ticket and the GM said something like "Oh we've never encountered this problem before, we'll get back to you."
As you can see this is very frusterating. He got to 34 again and I suggested he screenshot it this time so we can try to get to the bottom of this. I don't know how you guys would fix this, but I have a suggestion - give him some experience points or something for the lost time he spent because of this stupid error.
Anyway, just like to hear your comments on this weird problem.

Hi Sanctalia,
While I am unaware of the specifics of his case I will say that such strange behavior might be able to take place if the realm was brought down for maintenance or was restarted shortly after your friend logged each time. If your friend observes any further strange behavior of this type, please ask him to open another ticket to a Game Master with all the details of what has taken place.
Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
