Ok tonight I tried to hearth and ended up in midair above an unaccessible part of thousand needles and fell to my death. I then relogged in an effort to get to the GY and I am now in limbo floating slowly through all the maps in the eastern lands. I opened a ticket for a GM an hour ago and I still have no response nor does it even give an expected response time.
While i accept that errors will happen with the game, it is unacceptable that GM's are just not available for hours on end!

I'm extremely sorry for any delay in address your petition, and more so for this issue occurring in the first place Spaza. :(
I've confirmed that currently your petition is assigned to a Game master and should be addressed shortly.
