Subject: is anything being done?
   Ok, after a week of being locked out of my account while it was being reviewed thanks to either a glitch or hack (all gear and money went missing), I finally get a password sent to me via email. As if having to fax 3 seperate times from Japan to the states wasnt bad enough, I log on only to find my character exactly where and how I left it. Now I was lead to believe that the character could be rolled back to a previously saved state by Blizzard. I have not received any information concerning the investigation of my account, have been asking via email several times getting little to no helpful response, and have had a GM ticket open for about 2 hours in game trying to get an answer. What is going on folks? Is my account still under review, is Blizzard unable to roll back my char, do I have to call from Japan to the states and actually talk to somebody on the phone to get an answer?

   I am very sorry for any lack of communication, Azygos. I've looked into this for you and the losses you've unfortunately encountered are indeed still in the process of being investigated, it has not been forgotten about.

I regret to say that this process is very thorough and extremely sensitive - due to this it takes some time for a compromised account investigation to conclude.

As soon as the investigation has reached a result you will be contacted. Hang in there, we really appreciate your patience - and we are working around the clock to conduct these investigations. Again, we apologize for any distress that this has caused you.

   I would love to guarantee the restoration of all losses incurred, however we are not always able to verify every loss. I do not mean to scare you, but I do wish for you to be informed. We have an amazing team of investigators who will do everything they can to make this most inconvenient situation the least inconvenient, by attempting to restore every loss.

I do not see any harm in playing your character while the investigation is underway, this should have no impact on the investigation - and progression made during this process will not be erased once our process ends.

Unfortunately the process does not entail 'rolling a character back'. :(
