I am verry disapointed in the level of service the GM's provide on in game problems. They might as well not have any GM's. First off we wait for two hours and get told we cannot be helped with the majority of our problems. when a problem occers the GM's respond with usless information that is almost irrelavent to the situation.
Another issue I have is that the issues in wich a person can be reprted for are not descript enough. Sometimes I question as to wich i can list a GM ticket under.
Altogether I am unsatisfied with teh quality of service i am reciving

I am sorry that you our level of support has thus far not met your satisfactions, Eavia. As Tandaa has noted, it is always very helpful for our department if you submit any feedback regarding your particular encounters with our Game Master staff to WoWgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com
With that being said, is there anything with which I can assist you? I understand you may have come here to vent a little bit your feelings about the Game Master department; however, since there are a wide array of issues with which we can assist, feel free to let me know how I might be able to help sway your opinions. = )
Q u o t e: Also it seems to me that Alliance characters are able to get away with many more rules that horde can. Whenever I play an Alliance character, all my GM tickets are responded too. Whenever I place a GM ticket on a Horde character, however, it usually doesn't goes through(Only when i report another Horde character does it go through, if I report an Alliance character, it almost never goes through).
If you can provide any specific examples for our favoring one faction over another when attempting to assist with in-game issues; or, provide any reason why you think we would benefit by treating the factions unfairly, let me know. All petitions enter a queue and are addressed by account in the order they are received. Generally, the faction of the character from which the petition was submitted is completely arbitrary.
They wanted me for their army or whatever

Q u o t e: I agree with the author of this post, and no offence, you GM's really do not have any actual abilities. I can honestly say I have filed arround 5 or 6 GM tickets in my entire WoW experiance, and every time I get some BS reply, on how they can not help me. A quest in a dungeon that took me 3 hours glitches, and I can't complete it. The GM told me "Please unload all your addons, and try again. If you would like I can reset the quest for you." I get jumped into a Warsong that ends before I can even load into the game, and for my 30min Q time wait, i requested that I be compensated with the one mark of honor that i should have gotten in the first place. But no! nothing... Your GM support is horrible blizzard. No problem I have ever had, was ever resolved, GM's just leave me sitting in my chair, to piss and moan. So MR. GM, who ever you are. You are horrible, learn to actually help your gamers, and thx for letting me know, that if i have a problem, I shouldn't put in a ticket. /bye bye GM's
Yes, Pascal, unfortunately, there are some issues with which we are unable to assist. Offering quest completion as compensation for any in-game errors is an action we will be unable to perform, as we are unable to verify the quest was actually completed. This is a very difficult situation. Of course we do not like to refuse your wanting the quest to be completed after you legitimately follow the steps noted in the quest's objections. Think about it for a moment though, if you would. If we are unable to actually verify that you completed a quest and must give you credit based on your word, can you see how potential larger issues may arise? There are gamers out there that always want something for free; we cannot very well open up our policies to complete a quest for a player based on his/her word without offering that service to everyone.
The second and final issue you've reported is technically not broken. Do I PvP? All the time. Have I ever entered a match after it ended? Of course I have. Do I like it? No. If someone leaves a match for whatever reason, however, moments before the match concludes, and you click "Enter Battle" which takes a few moments to load you into the game, the match may well be finished before you get into it. This is a very unfortunate circumstance of the Battleground queue system that does happen on occasion. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide compensation to players in the event this happens.
I apologize that we have been unable to assist with the circumstances you've reported here; however, I will take issue with the fact that you've provided two examples to support your asssertion that we "have no actual abilities," and then ask me not to take offense. Similar to what I explained to the original poster, there are a vast array of issues with which we can assist; and, I hope to have your opinions of our department swayed in the future when you have an issue which requires our assistance.
