Subject: Blue: Need response Account Closure.
   Hi I just got an email stating that my 2nd account has been closed for multiple exploitation incidents..

Only problem is I dont exploit the game. The most I have done against TOS is go exploring IF airport and such. I have already sent an email to the account department.

But I was hoping a kind friendly blue to fill me in. I realize you cant post anything confidential. But if you could just let me know whats up. Is there anyway I can get my account back?

So in conclusion: Flame on to the trolls...

   Unfortunately, we'll be unable to comment on any actions taken against your account, Nattie. You will need to await a response from our Account Administration department, as all correspondence relating to such matters are handled exclusively by them.
