   Im Wondering do GMs would Count this as a scam?

someone that buys stuff off AH such as a stack of runecloth for 1g min bid 1.50g buyout then puts the stack of runecloth back on the AH for a 1.50 min bid 2g buyout would that count as a scam?

What you have described is not in any way a scam, Enrekay. As the above posters have stated, this is called "playing the Auction House," which, for some players, can result in great profit. The resale of your items by another player doesn't negatively affect you in any way; you are getting the price you asked for the items, and you're free to purchase the items from them and sell them for an even higher price, should you choose to do so. I'm sorry for any confusion that this has caused and hope this helps.
