Ok i was in a raid group for mc and about in the beginning i get disconnected. I try to log back in and it says im banned .I dont know why it says im permanentaly banned. I used no hacks. I didnt do anything wrong and i got banned the same day i turned 60 which is today =( why did i get banned please. I just bought a two month also. =(i didnt use hacks and didnt break any of the rules. could i have a blizzard administrator talk to me
ingame name was ponedmini

Yes, please do remove the account name from your post. The character name and realm are plenty enough for me to investigate the matter.
With that said, I have confirmed that our Account Administration department have received the three emails you had submitted within a seven minute time frame and will be responding to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this is not a matter which the Game Master department will be able to further discuss with you.

The Game Master department will be unable to reverse or reconsider the actions taken against the reported account under any circumstances. Such a matter must be handled strictly through our Account Administration department.

Demonmist, I am unable to assist you with this matter. Not only am I unable to discuss the actions taken against this account, but I also cannot verify that you are the owner of the account in question, given that you're posting on someone else's account. You have submitted an email from the registered address on account record to our Account Administration department. You will need to await a response from them for further information.

For the record, Demonmist, you've gone so far as to contact Account Administration by replying to the notice sent to the email address on account record... thrice, in fact.
No additional contact is needed. Please await a response from our Account Administration department, as I said in my original post.
If you ask me once more how to restore your account, I will be forced to consider it trolling, as I've completely run out of ways to relay the same information after six different posts.[ post edited by Batta ]
