My account was hacked and reported over a week ago. The GM was unable to give me any sort of detailed timeframe on how long it would take to get my stuff back.
I was wondering if you could check to see if there has been any progress. I would like to be able to attend raids again and not feel like the redheaded stepchild.
Also, will they also restore my trade skills and item enchants?

Hey Meltz (Elco? Is that you?!), I can assure you that the information you have provided has been forwarded to our Account Investigation Team.
They will attempt to verify the loss you have reported, determine the cause of the loss, and provide you with a restoration of your characters/items. We are, unfortunately, not able to provide you with any detailed timeframe on how long it may take for an Investigator to contact you with more information; but we would ask you to remain patient while you wait for an e-mail. It is unlikely that they will be able to restore your Professions or the enchants on your items, but you may want to try asking the Investigators when they contact you. Good luck! :)

So when I said that I had verified that you would be contacted very soon with the results of your investigation, that translated to "/shrug"? I'm sorry that I am unable to provide you with more information, but I can only assure you that it won't be much longer. Hang in there, Meltz.

I'm glad to hear that your restoration was completed successfully, Meltz.
To inquire about any items that we were not able to restore, please send an e-mail to wowcharhelp@blizzard.com. However, if you give me a list of a few of the items you're most concerned about, I'd be happy to take a look and let you know if we were able to restore them. :)

Not at all, Meltz - I completely understand and I am truly very sorry for the time it took to complete the restoration process. You should be happy to hear that all of the above items (and many, many more) were successfully restored. :)
