So, I was wondering at what point am I going to be contacted about my character being restored.
My account was hacked on late July 19th or early July 20th. It is now the end of the month. I was wondering at what time will my character be restored? I want to be patient, but as far as I am aware, nothing is being done.
I submitted a ticket, my account was locked, I verified ownership, my account was unlocked, I have been playing alts. I have received absolutely no word on whether or not I will get my 60 priest back or the rest of my gear that was taken. I realize it can take awhile, but why on earth has there been no email sent out saying they are looking into the hacking of my account? I received an email saying that my account was locked and to verify ownership and another one from a GM about missing me in game. Can I please have an update or at least recognition that Bliz is looking into it and I can expect to have my char restored at some point? Thank you.
