Hi. After recovering my compromised account (not this one), I could play again on it. I noticed in the manage account section that my subscription was going to charge my credit card on July 11th which has obviously passed a long time ago... For 2 days I could play, but today it says: You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please purchase more to continue playing.
The weird thing is that in account management, my account is marked as "Active" but in subscription this is what i see:
Your Mastercard will be automatically billed on July 11, 2006 4:49 AM PDT
Can you help please?

That's very odd; I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in, Tarnian.
