So I get up this morning, go to log in and bam, Staghelm is down. I'm not overly surprised being as I somehow managed to pick one of the less stable realms out there. What bothers me is when I go to check the Realm Status Forum to see how long it will be down and why. Lo and behold though, NO post on why Staghelm and a few others are down.
Please tell me why this happens quite frequently. I don't want a novel on why its down, just a few words of explanation. Frequently the server will shutdown and the first post on there takes 30 minutes to come up telling us why its down.
The Realm Status Forum is there for a reason, please have your staff use it.

I'm sorry for the lack of information, this maintenance should be resolving shortly here.

The General Forum is not being affected by the realm issues; but is currently in the process of restarting. It (and any other forums that are currently giving "Forum Not Ready" messages) should be back up shortly.
