Caerrus is semi-evil though. He has the ability to post RIGHT before me on a regular basis. I often find myself deleting my post right after I post it because he just posted saying the same thing. Kaone/Caerrus are the GMs I see the most though because they tend to be here at the same time I'm at work.
I <3 Cryo - don't delete your posts, silly gnome! Even if I (or another one of the Game Masters here on the Customer Service Forum) have already posted the same information, you're bound to provide a different perspective; which is always appreciated.
Semi-evil, huh? I tend to think of myself as Chaotic-Good, but c'est la vie! ;)

We definitely take special note of posters who continually provide their fellow players with answers to common questions and helpful information. That is something we definitely like to see here on the Customer Service Forum.
And then there are those posters like our dear friend Nixar... ;)
