My account was hacked last week and I just my account access restored today. My character wasn't deleted but lost almost all of my gear. My question is do I have to open up a ticket for my gear to get restored or am I already in queue for the restoration process? It's embarrassing to run around Orgrimmar as a naked cow :(

I apologise for the delay in my response, Deleuston. To clarify, it does indeed look as though you're currently in-queue to be addressed by our Account Investigators; thus, it shall not be necessary for you to submit any additional in-game petitions, as the pertinent information has already been passed along to the proper authorities to delve into the matter further. Given the nature of the research required to address such issues, it may be a couple weeks before you receive a response, but you have not been forgotten. Good luck! :)
