Subject: Char Restored but said too old for items?
Hi, I recently came back from a 5 month break to find out that 3 weeks after I quit that someone hacked into my account and sold all my items to a vendor/deleted all my items then proceeded to delete my character. I've petitioned several times trying to find a GM in game but I could never get a hold off one before I logged off and always got the automated message/email. I got my characters restored but I never got my items reimbursed. I petitioned again like 3 days ago and it was sent to a character specialist to be invistigated into and I got an email replying back that it's been too long to verify the items that were deleted. I had full tier1/tier2 gear AND a legendary weapon sulfuras. Please tell me i'm not stuck on being able to get any of my gear back.... I mean I would even take the loss of all my epics if I could just get my legendary mace back. Is there no way you can verify that I had sulfuras? I mean log onto the old SS forum logs and there's a post about how I was the first horde with it on the server.. I got SS's and everything. Please help me just get my hammer back at the least, there's no way I would ever get another.

Q u o t e:
So this is the third time i've tried to get an answer for this, is no one going to even reply? IS THERE ANYWAY for me to get my sulfuras back at least, I don't even care about the other 30 epics. It's not a normal item... is there no way to go the extra mile to be able to verify this and restore this 1 item for me??

It pains me to say, Drystx, that we have gone the extra mile, and, despite our best efforts and additional research into the matter, we are still regrettably unable to verify the loss of your Sulfuras. Please accept my most heartfelt apologies for any distress you may have been caused by the situation, friend, and my best wishes for all your future endeavours. :)
Look at my works, ye mighty, and despair...
