Subject: Billed twice for my monthly payment?
   I was billed twice for my payment... thirty dollars via credit card just for this last month. What's up?

   I'm sorry to say, Mort, that this is a matter about which you will have to speak with Billing; it is they who are involved in one's monthly subscription. You may contact them via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. I wish you the best in your efforts. :)
