Subject: WoW on a new computer, why wont it work?
I just installed WoW on a new computer and when i clicked on the icon it says:

World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date.

I have downloaded directX 9.0c and i updated my video drivers, but it still won't work, what should i do?

   Hiya Tanaku,

You will need to post this on the Technical Support Forum. They have the tools and experience to be most able to assist you in this matter. The Technical Support Forum can be found at:

Good luck with this and I hope you get World of Warcraft up and running soon.
