Subject: A Q on recovering a compromised account
   I filled out the e-mail form yesterday, and sent it back in. How long will it take for blizzard to respond and unlock my account?

Emailing the Account Administration department is a good way to inquire into an account issue you may have. However in order to regain access to a locked account you will need to follow the instructions given on that form you filled in, and then fax us or mail us the required information. The full details of what you need to do are included in those Account Retrieval Instructions.
