This post is for another player who has been posting in Tech Support. I know Mods frown on cross Forum links.
His character ( on Turalyon ) is named Nul.
Windows XP will not let you create a folder named Nul ( try it ) so his character folder NEVER saves.
He requested a name change more than once explaining his issue and was denied. A simple additional " L " will fix this issue for him. Can a Customer Service Moderator look into it for him please?

Thank you for informing me of this issue Thunderwulf. I inquired and investigated into this before passing it on to be addressed appropriately. Hopefully Nul's issue should be corrected shortly.
