Will you guys ever fix this issue. This just happened to our guild this mornig, and it happened before on Shattered Hand as to my knowledge just a couple of weeks ago to another guild. Is there any way we can get any reperations for this ( considering FR pots and flasks of mongoose have been wasted). I know you will probably say " Sorry Sgtfury and to your guild, but you are out of luck and we dont care about you"- GM.
But is it even possble to reset rag for us without having to wait till the next schedualed reset date? Or are we stuck taking another hit from devloper carelesness.

Hello Sgtfury,
What was the exact issue you encountered with Ragnaros? If you ever do run into an issue with an instance it is recommended to have all of your raid group leave the instance for over 30 minutes. When your raid then reenters the instance afterwards there will be a new version of the instance up - but one with the same bosses already killed. Doing this is called a "soft reset".
