I submitted a ticket on/around June 16th (6/16), and just got my account unlocked and sent the items list. I was curious if my petition is still in queue.
I read in another thread that the character database is stored up to a month and a half in history, so I'm worried that it has been too long to recover the items my characters had. Any information would be appreciated.
