Subject: Enchanting Scam
Ok, so we all get scammed right? It happens. So anyways, I was like OK, I'll talk to a GM and he'll do what he does.

Yet I have a problem with the system. I dont get my stuff back. I know that blizz, cannot re-create my items for me, so what I propose, is for a blizz GM to ask the person in-question to log on, open up a trade window with me, and just give me back my stuff. I would MUCH rather that then have this person temporarily suspended... Maybe it's just me but that seems logical.

   Hi Scyny,

I am sorry to hear that you were scammed. Scams however require an investigation. It is not sufficient for a player to tell us they have been scammed and for us to then go and ask another player to give the petitioner some items. Firstly the loss from deception of those items would have to be verified. Secondly getting a Game Master to request things on another player's behalf would be considered intimidation. I hope this helps to explain.
Half King of Beasts + half Monarch of the Skies = ?
