I paid for a xfer to the realm Ysera from the realm Hellscream. i logged my alt on hellscream and chatted with a few people that i wouldnt see for awhile. i left my computer running and when i returned i had been booted for the server for AFK. happens all the time eh? well anyhow, i try to log back in and lo and behold, it says that my account had been closed. I had done nothing wrong to my knowlege so i checked my email. i found a letter waiting for me. inside, it said that my account had been perma-banned for not following the "essence the World of Warcraft" and exploitation. this makes no sense in my mind. i have done nothing to warrent a ban save cussing in the trade channel once. is there a way that this can be looked in to? my characters name is Flantastic on the realm Hellscream. i really love your game and wish to continue playing but having my account banned is a somewhat major setback. please look into this. i would do almost anything to get my toon back.

I was sorry to hear of your account issue. I inquired into your account and it seems it is already being currently being looked into. This may indicate you have contacted Account Administration already. However if you have not done so yet, I would strongly recommend contacting Account Administration via the Website E-mail Form on the World of Warcraft. It can be found at:

I will make a brief comment regarding the activities that often lead to such emails. Please remember to never to share access to one's account or to log on to other players' accounts. Such activity is in violation of our Terms of Use and can result in harsh account action.
