SInce I don't have a credit card, would i be able to let my Cousin use his CC and Transfer for it for me. Or no? He won't be playing I just need to transfer my chracter.

While Karrst is correct in saying that such matters are really within the jurisdiction of our Billing Department, I don't believe that the actual payment method for the Paid Character Transfer service needs to be associated with the account in question. For more information, you can contact Billing via e-mail (billing@blizzard.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZ) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. In any case, friend, I wish you the best in your efforts to find the answers you seek. :)
