The reason my friend isnt doing this is because he doesn't have access to a computer so i am doing it for him. A week ago he was on vacation and someone logged onto his file. I didnt know he was on vacation till today so i thought nothing was suspicious. Over this week period he was growing levels extremely faster than usual without doing much work. My friend gets back today to find his password changed and not able to log on. He got his password back but soon figured out he was permanetly banned for something. I was wondering if there was any way to get his account back in any way.

Your friend's best course of action at this point is to get in contact with Account Administration directly, as it is they who are responsible for such matters; he may do so via e-mail at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com, or use our newly created Account Administration webpage (linked below). In any case, I wish him the best of fortune in his efforts. :)
