OK, I've been playing this game since release, fortunately I've never encountered any issues where GM involve is needed, until today.
I'm playing this alt of mine on Blackwing Lair server, I submitted an GM ticket, which was politely and formally written, regarding a legitimate issue about an in-game bug.
But what I ended up? 5 hours(that's right, FIVE) and no response. It's not like I'm expecting instant answer but this is too much.
Like I said, I've no experience with in-game GMs, if people have always had to wait this long in average, then I'll just say shame on you Bliz and move on. Otherwise, as one of your customers since Nov. 2004, I'd like an answer.[ post edited by Archanfel ]

Before all else, Archanfel, I'd like to apologise for the apparent distress you have been caused by the delay in a response from one of our representatives; although we make every effort to assist players as quickly as is possible, one must consider the vast amount of issues (read: thousands) which arise each day, and the fact that these are handled in the order in which they are received. The actual wait time varies, depending on a number of circumstances (time of day and player population being chief among them), so the fact that it was primetime on a weekend night likely contributed to the length of time you were required to wait. I am, however, truly sorry for the frustration this appears to have incurred.
