I have honored reputation with Ironforge and revered reputation with Stormwind. If I go to Menethil Harbor and try to buy a regular mount, I receive a 10% discount as I am supposed to with honored repuation. However, when I go to Threamore and try to purchase an epic mount I do not receieve the same discount. The epic mount price remains at 1000g, even though I have revered reputation with Stormwind.
Some information would be appreciated.

You're not crazy, Aerinadwin. I personally looked into this matter a while back, in response to another thread in this forum, and found that there are, in fact, two Human factions: Stormwind and Theramore. Thus, even if you are Honored with Stormwind, you shan't receive a discount on items bought from NPCs associated with Theramore. If you wish to receive the appropriate discount on your mount, I'd recommend buying it at the Eastvale Logging Camp. My apologies, however, for any confusion you may have been caused. :)
