I have also posted this on the General forums but they move pretty fast =P
I have two accounts, both in my name and I was wondering if I have to pay $25 to transfer those characters from one account to another? Is it only if you're transfering realms or do you have to pay for accounts also?
when cat durid is FITE do not ask for HEEL and NINIRV

Hello Mandoral,
That is correct. The $25 fee for the Paid Character Transfer applies for transfers between realms, between accounts or combination transfers doing both. I hope this helps.
