There is a druid on my server, and every single time I try to frost nova him, the game shows know sign of it even hitting him. There is no damage, no immune, no resist, no absorb, nothing, as if he wasn't even there. Can anyone explain how this would be possible?

The best explanation I can come up with is that server-side latency causes him to appear closer than he actually is, thereby placing him out of range of Frost Nova's radius. I haven't personally experienced any issues with my own Frost Nova, Shiruyumi, but I'm very interested to hear of any further information you can offer. :)
