Have you tried checking the Transactions page to see your transfer's current status? Beyond that, you'd have to speak with Billing directly, as this is a matter within their control; you may contact them via e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. :)
