Subject: Character permanently stuck in ZG |

Hi, last night in ZG when we just started (literally the first mob) everyone inside the ZG was unable to do any actions, or logout or zone out.
We all had to Alt+f4 out of the game, and now nobody is able to login their character (stuck at loading screen)
I have ticketed GM's 3 times and never get any responses, just auto-response emails after I log off the character with the Ticket, even though I waited 3 hours with no response in-game.
Could a GM please message me on my alt in-game (character Chuckmorris on Frostmourne) so we can sort this out.

It looks as though you were offline when the Game Master assigned to your last petition came to assist you, Chaotic, but I do apologise for any confusion or distress you may have been caused by what appeared to be a lack of response. I've taken the liberty of passing this information along to a Game Master who will give your situation further review, and determine how we may be of additional aid; he should be along shortly to speak with you. In the meantime, friend, your continued patience is much appreciated. :)
