Subject: Closed?
   hello my room mate bought a account a week ago and has recived a email that his account has been closed but it doesnt seem to give him a reason why it has been closed and it also stats that he has had multible ammounts of violations but he doesnt seem to know how when he hasent even had 1 and the fact he hasent even had it for a full week it would of been a bit hard to do so. he has sent a email to addmin allready but ppl in the guild have said they take up to a week to reply and he would like a quick answer to if this would just be a mistake or something.

   Hello Ascendancy,

If your friend feels that his account has been closed in error he will need to contact our Account Administration department. The fastest way to do this is via the Website Email Form available on the World of Warcraft at:

I've looked into this a bit, Ascendancy; if your friend believes that his situation requires further review, then I would urge him to continue in his dialogue with Account Administration via e-mail at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com. This is, regrettably, not something which is fit for discussion on a public forum, but I wish him the best all the same. :)
