Subject: My Account
My dad is letting me post on his account. My account was stolen 2 days ago and the password was changed. I emailed blizz support with my problem and then i called them on the phone. When i called them on the phone everything got taken care of. They gave me a temp password and i was able to change my account password. But when the blizz recived the email they did kno everything was ok. They banned my account. I wish there was a way i could just get them to unban it. Anyways, i faxxed them a copy of my drivers licence with the account retrival thing but it seems as if they are taking forever. I emailed them about 19 hours ago and no response. I just want to play WoW!

When an account is reported compromised it will be locked to prevent the possibility of further damage occurring. Then an email including instructions on how to secure and regain access to the account will be sent to the registered email address of the account. This ensures that the correct owner of the account has control of it. Once these steps have been completed correctly the account will once again be able to be played. The investigation into the reported account compromise may take longer however and any possible reimbursement of items will occur at the conclusion of that.
I inquired into your case and it has indeed been locked and is at this time still awaiting the information you faxed. It may just be that the fax has not been processed yet but if possible it might be worth sending a new one just in case.
