Subject: Why do you delete valid posts
Im making this post here to complain about the lack of customer service that my realm has been getting as of late, huge lag spikes making the game unplayable for the casual gamer, or hard core raider alike, now while I realize this is not the forum to address that issue, what I would like to know is why Blizz's Customer service simply delete's the posts without addressing the situation. This seems like the only buisness where you can just pretend that your customer's are not unhappy & ignore them. Seriously doesnt blizzard make you guys take a customer satisfaction course or anything?

Subject: Re: Why do you delete valid posts
While it is unfortunate that posts are sometimes deleted it needs to be done to keep pertinent issues easily able to be referred to and discussed. There are many reasons that can lead to a post being deleted. Such reasons include the post being off-topic for the forum, such as for example realm issues or status posts. Others reasons leading to post deletion include the post containing defamatory information regarding a character/player. Similarly if a post violates any of our forum guidelines in anyway it may be locked or deleted. These guidelines can be found at:

Reposting a deleted post or asking why a post was deleted will almost certainly result in the new post being locked or deleted.
