Subject: Way to track/report mail sent?
   Hi,
I made a trade with an individual.
The trade was for 350 stacks of Runecloth for 1 Tomb of Frostbolt IX.

I use CT_Mail mod to "Mass Mail" large quantities of items to 1 person. The addon reports how many mails you are sending and how much it will cost.

While slowly working on this trade (Farming for runecloth as fast as I can) I'd record how much runecloth I had sent (and on what day/month it was sent on) based on the number CT_Mail would report I had sent. I used mostly 1 character to farm with, but also used 2 of my other characters when playing a different character was convenient for things the guild was doing as well as continued farming.

This individual and I have a very large discrepency of what I've sent, and what he's recevied. So, I ask:Is there a Way to get a report of items sent from a character (or account) to another character (or another account?) from Date X to Date Y so that we can both be on the same page without stirring up conflict?

I don't want to post names here unless absolutely neccessary. please let me know if any type of reporting like this can be done.

The advice I can provide, Jundar, is to review our Scamming Policy. If you feel that you may have been scammed I would contact a member of the Game Master Department at your earliest convenience, and provide all pertinent details.

While we most likely will not be ale to provide a record of what actions were taken by your character, such as how many in-game mails were sent, how much Runecloth was sent, etc. we should be able to determine if a scam has taken place or not. Do note that such verification may take some time, perhaps days I regret to say.

I want to thank you for not mentioning names here on the forums! It is not a good idea to name names in a public forum, as even the most innocent mention may appear as insulting or hostile. ;)

I apologize for not being able to provide support for this issue directly here on the forums, but I hope that everything works out.

By the way, you may find our Scamming Policy here: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01726p
