Subject: 30 Days Awaiting (Legendary) Item Restoration |

I have been waiting approximately 30 days for the restoration of a large number of items, including Sulfuras, The Hand of Ragnaros.
On or about June 25, 2006, my account was compromised. While awaiting a GM response to my ticket, the person(s) who compromised my account vendored and/or disenchanted all the gear and items on all of my characters, except what my main character was wearing at the time (literally all I would have left were the clothes on my back). Once I regained control of my character through the character restoration process, I discovered that among the items missing was the legendary item, Sulfuras, The Hand of Ragnaros. Needless to say, this was a great loss for me.
However, it was also a loss to my guild, who not only continued to go to Molten Core to help me get this weapon, but used guild funds and/or banked items to barter for additional Sulfuron Ingots when our drop rate dried up. Although such legendary items are more common these days than they once were, they still bring with them a collective sense of accomplishment to guilds lucky enough to be able to forge them.
As of this date, none of my items have been restored. I understand that the item restoration process can take time. However, I owe it to my guild to do everything possible to get this item restored (as well as the vast array of my other missing equipment so that I can meaningfully contribute to the guild that found me deserving of a legendary item to begin with).
For the sake of my guild, I'm seeking any additional information or updates that are available concerning this process. Thank you.

I apologize for the delay in the post. Unfortunately these forums were not being used while the Stress Test was on.
I inquired into your issue yesterday. It seems your account's restoration was underway during your posting period and that you should by now have received your missing Legendary item back. *smiles*. Good luck with your character's future adventures.
