Subject: Complaint Over Inadequite Service Resolution
Recently I have had issues with the services offered by GMs.

I have issued a formal complaint to WowGmFeedback-US@blizzard.com yet have not gotten any type of resolution.

I have had issues recently with a quest item restore.

In fact prior to the attempted restoration I was given no headway as to any type of limited restores for this character whatsoever from any of the GMs. I have the text logs and screenshots if need be.

Had I known I would only allowed a last restore for aquired quest items I would have waited before using it.

Since I have been rejected any farther restorations I have been completely ignored by GMs on the live server.

My tickets have been closed and I was sent automated e-mails in-game (and to my proper out of game account e-mail) stating the GMs caught the ticket while I was off line - even though I was logged in and saw the tickets closed right before my eyes.

Is there another proper channel I can contact to get the bottom of this service issue?

   Hello Worldgorger,

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues. WowGmFeedback-US@blizzard.com is the correct email address to use for complaints of this nature. Please keep in mind that each account is allocated a limited number of restorations for all voluntary reimbursement requests made on that account. Once these are used up future restorations may be denied. If you however feel a Game Master has acted incorrectly or poorly I would indeed make further contact to WowGmFeedback-US@blizzard.com. Our restoration policies can be referred to at:
