   I'm only assuming this can be answered here :)

For months I found it strange that I wasn't receiving emails when I opened tickets about various issues, the majority of which ended with an email being sent.

The tickets themselves aren't important, what is important is that the email address listed under my account is no longer used.
I went into account management but there's no option to change the contact email address (yet everything else can be changed).

I'd like to avoid calling the billing services as I'm in NZ - but if that's the only option I guess I have no choice.

   I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused, Lowbie; but it is necessary to contact our Billing and Account Services Department by phone in order to change the e-mail address that is registered to your account. They can be reached at 1-800-592-5499 (or 1-800-041-378 for users in Australia), Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm PDT.
