Subject: Submitted a ticket, now what?
I submitted a ticket last night about my Seal of the Dawn which give +81 attack power while fighting undead. I don't get an increase in my ranged damage, but I do get one in meele combat. This is noticed on Baron Runs. I asked if this was intended. I was told by a GM that it would be investigated further. Do I have to open another ticket to find out the results of the investigation?

   Hi Fangren,

What this means this that the information you provided was entered as a report and that report was forwarded onwards. If testing on that issue indicates that it is not working as it was designed then it will need to be corrected and addressed in an upcoming patch or fix. As for inquiring on interim results, this may not be possible till after any testing or corrections are finished being worked on.
