Hello, I bought a Jade Serpent blade for my rogues offhand and I used the Buyout option. The item never came in the mail and I waited about 30 minutes to put in a GM ticket. I don't know what else to do, the item was 5g, overpriced, but still cheaper than anything else.
I'm on the Earthen Ring Realm and I'm not sure if anyone else has had problems like this.

Our records do indicate that this item is currently sitting in your mailbox, Pips. You may want to try clearing out some of your other mail and see you if you can find it. Trying Cryo's steps may prove helpful as well. Let me know if you are still unable to view this piece of mail.
