Hey everyone,
We would like to invite you all to join us for the Beta Forum Stress Test; which will be starting today at 2:00pm PDT. A Beta version of the Customer Service Forum is going to be created for the Stress Test; at which time the Game Masters on this forum will head over there to answer questions and assist players for the duration of the 24-hour Stress Test period. It's going to give us a chance to utilize all of the new moderation tools to ensure that the Customer Service Forum continues to be a great place for players to ask questions and discuss issues pertaining to our in-game support services.
During the Stress Test period, all of the regular World of Warcraft Forums will be read-only, so all of the the existing topics on this forum will be available to view. However, it will only be possible to post on the Beta Forums; so we would urge you to join us over there if you have any questions about the Game Master Department or the in-game support services that we provide. When posting, please keep in mind that the Forum Code of Conduct applies to the new forums and will be enforced.
