Subject: Accidental Loot Assignment
On the 10/07/06, At 7:30-8:30 PDT. We dropped REND from Upper Black Rock Spire. Unfortunately the raid master assigned the Del Rend's Tribal Guardian (Offhand) to the wrong rogue!

A friend of mine told me that transfer could be done providing details were given. A GM responded (kindly) and said that the person who had the sword would have to make the ticket only than can a transfer happen.

The other rogue, very graciously acknowledged that the sword had indeed been mis-assigned and was willing to make the ticket. He had to go offline, as a result a rubberstamp mail was sent in place of a responce.

However, both of us have a limited time in which we can spend on WoW, with School, jobs and studies and as such makes this matter difficult to process. As the days trudge on i fear that my chances of claiming my rightful sword grow remote.
After all getting a 10man on Jubei'thos is quite the challenge!

A ticket made today by myself was cancelled without so much as a "Sorry, we can't handle this" or a "Be right with you." I understand that GMs are terribly busy people but i crave for even the tiniest acknowledgement that my plea has been heard.

As a final request, it would be great if someone... anyone would check to see that the player (Goodbye) has made the ticket, confirm that the transfer can occur before its too late! (according to Blizzard regulations/policy requests which are not within a certain time frame are unlikely to be granted)

2 Weeks and counting, diminishing hope:

I really, really hate to be the bearer of bad news - however unfortunately we were unable to grant this request due to time constraints and an inability to verify the loss. :(

It appears that an e-mail was sent to the registered e-mail on this account communicating our inability to provide further assistance concerning the matter, on 7/25/2006.

Please note that we do not guarantee the restoration of any loss. While we do our best to assist with such unforeseen situations we are not always able to grant a restoration for every loss, as stated in our Character & Item Restoration Policy: http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01724p

Again, Sappies, I really do apologize that we weren't able to assist with this matter. :(
