Ok I understand yall must get a 1925801273508 gm tickets a day, but I have had a escalated ticket open for 4 hours, yes 4 HOURS. This is terrible, if you cant work faster, get more workers.

We're very sorry for the delay, Falford, however due to the nature of restorations these may take well over a week to be resolved. This is to ensure that the proper verification steps are taken so that such losses may be restored; it is not in any way, shape or form in an effort to inconvenience our players; however we do understand that losses are very unsettling and waiting is very much frustrating.
I've looked into your petition and it appears that the ticket was closed by the character. :(
I strongly advise submitting another petition and letting the Game Master know of the situation, and refer them to the previous ticket that was submitted. They can include that information from the previous ticket in the new one, and escalate it up to our character specialist team to be resolved as soon as possible.
I do apologize any inconvenience caused, Falford. Please ensure that the ticket is not closed, edited and that no new petition is created on that character until the escalated petition has been fully addressed.
